Estes Express Lines is currently seeking A Part Time Appointment Clerk Job Summary: § Notify customers and coordinator delivery times. § Placing shipments on-hand. § Answer phones with heavy call volume. § Scheduling, tracking, tracing and billing. § Other duties as assigned Requirements: § Ability to provide excellent customer service § Experience in Transportation / trucking billing processess, scheduling, collections, tracing (OS&D a plus) § Experience in the transportation (LTL) industry preferred § Good clerical skills to include typing, data entry (45wpm) and basic computer skills (AS/400 and MS Office a plus) § Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check § Must possess positive interpersonal skills § High school diploma or equivalent At Estes Express Lines- We understand that the dedication and quality of our employees are what sets us apart from other transportation providers.
