ESTES EXPRESS LINES IS SEEKING SALES ACCOUNT MANAGERS
Job Summary
- Develops and implements strategies to maintain and/or expand sales and promote Estes transportation services within an assigned territory
- Provides reports on the sales activities for a given period of time
- Interfaces with the customer to understand the customer's overall objectives and requirements
- Contacts customers on a regular basis to maintain account relationship
- Advise customer of Estes' new product and service offerings and obtain feedback on service products
- Shares details with customers on additional offerings to provide value added service
- Expedites the resolution of customer concerns
- Prepares and conducts service presentations to the customer
- Contributes to the quarterly/annual business forecasting by providing account trends and future customer needs
- Promotes world-class customer care throughout the terminal
- Meets and exceeds predetermined sales goals and objectives and reports on progress weekly
- Regular attendance is required

Qualifications
- Previous sales experience (industry preferred)
- College degree preferred
- Must possess excellent communication skills and problem solving skills
- Must have basic computer skills and a good driving record
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 25 lbs
- High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Responds well to questions. Ability to read and interpret written information and documents such as safety rules, operations and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and will be subject to a criminal history background check
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
