ESTES EXPRESS LINES IS SEEKING PART TIME MANIFEST CLERKS Essential functions: · Identify freight bills requiring special delivery instructions. · Manifest local deliveries and outbound loads. · Check in drivers. · Limited dispatching under supervisors' request. · Answer dispatch phones to help with customers and drivers. · Any duties assigned by supervisors. Requirements: · Ability to learn computer functions associated with manifesting. · Must have good understanding of Bill of Ladings. · Knowledge of hazardous material requirements. · Possesses basic computer skills, i.e., typing, keyboard. · Possesses basic math and problem solving skills. · Ability to operate basic office equipment. · Possesses good phone skills to communicate with customers. · Possesses people skills to dispatch loads and pick-ups to drivers. · Dependability a must. · Must be eligible to work in the At Estes Express Lines- We understand that the dedication and quality of our employees are what sets us apart from other transportation providers.
