Education Level: None Selected Career Level : Description: Driver Helpers are responsible for assisting in the collection and hand loading of residential waste. They constantly lift, push, and pull waste bags and cans that weigh from 50 to 75 pounds as part of their daily routine. Often, these waste cans have no wheels or handles for maneuverability and the driver helper must have the physical strength to adjust accordingly. Key Responsibilities
