The Branch Operations Manager position is responsible for the operational, financial and customer service performance of multiple Ryder branch locations that provide fleet maintenance service to our commercial truck leasing and rental customers.
The position reports to the Director of Operations of the respective Ryder Business Unit and is intended as a developmental assignment to prepare incumbents for future opportunities as Director of Operations. Initial orientation and development activities will be determined based upon the selected candidate(s) background in order to prepare them for the ultimate assignment of their branch leadership responsibility.
