Education Level: None Selected Career Level : Description: At Waste Management, our Driver Sweepers safely operate heavy-duty trucks to perform assigned duties on sweeper routes. Driver Sweepers operate vehicles in accordance with Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements as well as local, state and federal requirements and company expectations for the fleet. They are required to maintain a clean and safe vehicle at all times. Qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D Zero to Four years previous experience Must be at least 18 years of age Must be eligible to legally be employed in the US Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle records check. Preferred Requirements Include: DOT medical Certificate Class A or B Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
