JOB OPENING Distribution Supervisor
The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and direction to all associates assigned to distribution, primarily in the direct store delivery unit. Areas of responsibility involve associate performance management, staff training, route development and scheduling.
Essential Job Functions:
Job requirements include:
· 3-5 years of previous supervisory experience preferred · Valid CDL A license with current medical card preferred · Distribution, trucking or delivery experience preferred · Strong communication skills (oral, written, computer) · Ability to multi-task through different scenarios.
