Description:
The Service Representative for Repairs has daily responsibility for the following:


  • Answer customer calls regarding malfunctioning equipment and gather information to determine the problem with the machinery


  • Dispatch repair vendor to fix problem(s) with machinery and inform client about time of repair


  • Follow up with vendor and client to ensure repairs were completed


  • On call phone duties every other weekend after 90-day trial period


  • Handle some billing and reconciliation of customer / vendor invoices


  • Cross train in the duties of a Service Representative for Operations and be able to step in when needed to assist.


  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Educational Requirement- High school diploma or G.E.D is required

Ability to use a computer in a Windows based environment is required.

Proficiency (perform the skill with out assistance) using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.

Must be able to type 35 words per minute

Minimum 2 years experience in a call center environment

Inside sales experience preferred
