ESTES EXPRESS LINES IS SEEKING Job Summary: · Performs property maintenance and landscaping · Performs light carpentry · Welding, cutting, plumbing, painting and overhead door repair · Inspects and performs maintenance within the terminal building · General cleaning to including sweeping, mopping, buffing, dusting, etc. · Troubleshoots and corrects problems · Repairs or replaces defective parts, components or systems · Performs safety inspections of equipment and prepares safety documentation · Regular attendance is required · This is not an all-inclusive list of job requirements and/or duties and may not contain all mental and physical capabilities necessary to perform the job at all times due to circumstances. Operational, safety and other needs may require the employee to perform any and all other duties as assigned. Employees are expected, and must be able to perform all such duties and tasks Qualifications: · 18+ years of age · Previous janitorial and general maintenance experience preferred; knowledge in welding, cutting, plumbing, painting, overhead door repair and industrial exp. helpful · Transportation experience a plus · Must be able to work and complete tasks within time constraints · Ability to interpret work orders and technical manuals · Stable work history · Must be dependable · Must follow all company safety practices · Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 25 lbs · High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience · Must be able and comply to all company polices, rules, procedures and the Code of Conduct · Responds well to questions.
