Education Level: None Selected Career Level : Description: Walk-ins welcome. Our Heavy Equipment Technicians are responsible for performing major servicing and repairs on Waste Management vehicles and heavy equipment, beyond just basic maintenances. These maintenances could include complete repair of brakes, Additionally, you must either currently have your Class B CDL or be willing to attain it within 6 months of hire. Equipment worked on can vary by site and include but not be limited to: Heavy Equipment, Large Trucks, construction type equipment such as scrapers, dozers, and excavators. You are required to push, pull, drag, and lift items up to 50 pounds, and occasionally must work at shoulder level with equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
*Must be at least 21 years of age or older
