Delivers and install vending equipment as needed. Position uses lifting and moving equipment to load and unload large vending machine, coolers and fountain units at customer accounts. Prepares equipment for delivery and maintains all paperwork associated with equipment installation and removal. May also assist with equipment and storage at facility (move and organize equipment in inventory). Position requires lifting, pushing/pulling and moving vending machines that weigh approximately 800-1200 pounds several times over 10-12 hour period. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Unload used vendors and load vendors for daily delivery; remove old vendor if necessary; bring new vendor in and install, unload and reload with product as necessary - Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep procedures - Collect accurate and complete equipment information - Maintain parts tools and equipment - After each delivery, complete paperwork on job and maintain accurate customer/work order records - Transport miscellaneous items; for example, compressors for repair/scrap, cardboard for recycle, etc. Requirements: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - At least 18 year of age or 21 or older if CDL required. - Pass the drug test - Pass the background check - Valid CDL license (if required) HELPFUL EXPERIENCE: - Generating and setting work schedules (for example, determining the priority of work projects, building work schedules, scheduling tasks during the day) - Operating trucks requiring a CDL Class B license (for example, performing basic functions like driving forwards, driving backwards, or maneuvering in tight spaces) - Serving customers (for example, resolving customer issues, ensuring appropriate communication with store managers, or following up on customer requests) - Completing basic paperwork (for example, filling out paperwork, completing documentation to turn in to supervisor, or filling out timecards mileage) - Operating equipment (for example, using pallet jacks, hand trucks, breakdowns, stair lifts, climbing equipment, or lifting machines) SRC:PBC Type: Shift:Days |
