ESTES EXPRESS LINES IS SEEKING A BILLING CLERK Job Summary: · Billing, Filing and Customer Service · Operates basic office equipment · Answers telephones · Regular attendance is required · This is not an all-inclusive list of job requirements and/or duties and may not contain all mental and physical capabilities necessary to perform the job at all times due to circumstances. Employees are expected, and must be able to perform all such duties and tasks Qualifications: · Dependability a must · Must have computer, keyboard and typing skills · Ability to learn computer functions associated with billing · Possesses good telephone skills · Possesses basic math and problem solving skills · Must possess positive interpersonal skills and be customer oriented · Experience in the transportation industry a plus although not required · Customer service skills to include excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
