Education Level: None Selected Career Level : Description: The role of the Customer Service Representative is to identify and resolve customer service issues, such as missed pickups and billing issues, in a timely manner. Our Representatives need to be able to manage difficult and/or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to service requests to meet customer commitments. In addition, they must be able to handle high inbound call volume, 80-120 calls per day on average, on a consistent basis. Often times our Customer Services Representatives use as many as four different computer systems during one call. Qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D.
